We are pleased to inform that Faculty of Engineering, University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur will be organizing the 13th Malaysian Universities Transport Research Forum Conference (MUTRFC 2018). The objective of the conference is to provide a conducive atmosphere for fruitful interaction among the scientists and engineers from both academia and industry.

 

MUTRFC is a biennial event except for the last six years it was held annually. MUTRFC is a jointly organized event by rotation among universities in Malaysia. This year, the theme “Rethinking Mobility: Towards An Inclusive And Integrated Transportation System” expresses a wide range of issues and developments to be discussed in this conference.

The 13th MUTRFC 2018 is jointly organized by Faculty of Engineering, University of Malaya (UM) together with Transportation Science Society of Malaysia (TSSM), AHRC Women Mobility Research Group, Centre for Transportation Research (CTR), UM and Department of Urban & Regional Planning, Faculty of Built Environment,UM.

This conference will take place from 3 – 4 October 2018 at University of Malaya (UM), Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia. A technical visit are planned on second day to Air Traffic Control.

Practitioners and academics are cordially invited to share their knowledge, experience and insights on the design, analytics, investigations, analysis, planning, operation, engineering, coordination and management of transport systems and their impacts.
